I bought this chair a few weeks ago, and the purchase flow was smooth. Alicia from customer service was helpful and responsive to my inquiries. The chair arrived within a reasonable timeframe, around 5 days after the purchase.As for the chair itself, it's decent. The overall build is sturdy, and the metal armrests feel durable. However, I wish the seat padding was a bit more comfortable. The fabric seems durable, but I'm a bit concerned about the fading issue mentioned in the care instructions, as my desk is next to a wall of windows. I hope it holds up well over time. Overall, it's an okay chair, but I wish the seat padding and armrest comfort were better.

First, I’d like to note that I’ve only have the chair for a little over a month. Overall, this chair fits my needs and I have not had any problems. It was very easy to put together. The chair is comfortable for my wfh job and I sit in this chair 6+ hours/day. I’m a smaller built person and I don’t think this chair would be very comfortable for sitting for a long period of time for someone of a larger stature. As for the material, I’m really glad I went with the fabric. I debated for weeks whether to go with the faux leather, and I very happy with my choice. The fabric feels very soft and is very comfortable against the skin.

two months in and i’m pretty happy! beautiful design, easy for me to assemble myself, and most importantly—comfortable and supportive enough to sit in for a full workday. for reference, i’m 5’5 and 115lbs.worth noting that the gray fabric is not a textured weave like the pictures show. it’s definitely a synthetic poly-blend that’s soft/smooth to the touch. totally fine, but i was hoping for the woven feel.

As for the chair itself, it is sturdy, but I must admit, the armrests are not soft, which can be a little annoying when used for long periods.Overall, this chair gets the job done and looks good in my home office setting. However, I would recommend adding a cushion or using it for longer periods if comfort is your priority.

OK, so I opened the box, and was immediately impressed - the packaging alone - you know you got something special!I assembled it within 12 minutes or so, and am now enjoying the most comfortable sit at my keyboard, perhaps ever!The finishes are beautiful, the "Brown" leather looks like the saddle leather I was going for, the wheels are heavy and solid, the movement is smooth - everything is as promised --- and its VERY comfortable so far.The padding is placed perfectly to support your lower back.I don't even have my office set up yet, so it looks a little out of place at my dining room table - I post final pics later, and a full review after some time logged sitting.

It's not only stylish but also comfortable. Assembly was straightforward with clear instructions. The wheels were a bit tight initially, but they've smoothed out with use.

I work from home and have been using this chair 5 days a week since 2021 - it's perfect! It's adjustable, comfortable, and the material is durable and still looks great after 2 years. I am 5'10" and the size of the chair (both overall height and the width of the seat) are perfect. I generally keep the arms off of the chair because I like to tuck one or both legs underneath myself, and I very frequently go back and forth between having the back locked in position or open to rocking back and forth. Highly recommend!
