All products are shipped under a shipment contract, meaning risk of loss or damage passes to you once the item is handed over to the shipping carrier. Claims for lost or damaged shipments must be filed directly with the carrier. We are not responsible for delays due to customs clearance, weather disruptions, or other force majeure events.

Item Unavailability and Delayed Order

If an item in your order is found to be unavailable or out of stock after you place your order, it will be placed on a delayed shipping schedule and we will notify you by email. Your order will then be kept on hold for 4 calendar days so you can decide whether you wish to proceed or cancel.

During this 4-day period, we will send daily reminder emails about your order status. These reminders are informational only and no action is required if you wish to continue with your order.

• If you choose to continue, you can simply ignore reminder emails. Your order will automatically move forward based on the updated estimated dispatch date.
• If you wish to cancel within the 4-day period, you are required to contact our Customer Support team to request cancellation through our official support channels. Your order will be cancelled at no cost and any payments collected will be fully refunded.
• If you request to cancel after the 4-day period has passed, your order may be subject to a restocking fee in line with our Return and Refund Policy.

Sohnne ships to select international destinations. All international orders are subject to applicable customs duties, VAT, import taxes, and fees, which are the sole responsibility of the customer. These charges may be collected by the shipping carrier upon delivery and are not included in the product or shipping price unless expressly stated.

International shipping times may vary depending on destination, customs processes, and local delivery services. Sohnne is not liable for any delays caused by international customs or clearance procedures.

Sohnne may partner with third-party service providers such as shipping protection, product insurance, extended warranties, or financing services. By using these services, you acknowledge that Sohnne is not liable for any delays, errors, or claims related to third-party platforms or policies.

All issues related to third-party providers, including but not limited to Route, Mulberry, Extend, or Affirm, must be directed to the respective service provider in accordance with their terms of use. Sohnne is not responsible for resolving claims or disputes arising from third-party agreements.

When you register for a Sohnne account, you agree to provide accurate, current information and to keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Sohnne reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Contact us immediately at support@sohnne.com. We may require photos, videos, and an unboxing video as part of the claims process. Upon verification, we may offer a replacement, repair, or partial refund at our discretion. Claims without a valid unboxing video cannot be processed.

By using this website and providing your contact information, you consent to receive communications from Sohnne electronically, including emails and on-site notifications related to your orders, account, or customer service inquiries.

You may also receive promotional messages, which you can opt out of at any time by using the “unsubscribe” link included in such communications. Electronic communications from Sohnne satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

Please note that these terms and conditions are subject to change. We reserve the right to modify or update them at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms and conditions periodically for changes. • If your order is delivered later than the final estimated delivery date provided at checkout, Sohnne will issue $10 store credit per late day.
• Custom-made products are final sale and not eligible for refund or chargeback under any condition.
• Only full-priced items are eligible for chargeback disputes. Items purchased with promotional pricing, coupons, or discounts are excluded.
• Orders still within the stated delivery timeframe are not eligible for chargebacks.
• If you are unable to assemble the product, Sohnne will arrange an assembly service within 7 days. You must allow this service to be provided before initiating a dispute.
• Minor cosmetic imperfections may be addressed with a free self-repair kit. Customers must attempt repair before seeking additional remedies.

Before initiating a chargeback:

• You must contact support@sohnne.com or ceo@sohnne.com at least three (3) times.
• You must provide a clear unboxing video showing the sealed package and detailed photos or videos of the issue.
• Failure to respond to three (3) consecutive communication attempts from Sohnne will result in your case being considered resolved and no further action will be taken.

Customers agree to attempt resolution directly with Sohnne before contacting any bank or payment provider. Fraudulent or premature chargebacks may result in legal action and permanent account suspension. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these conditions.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any disputes or claims arising from your use of this site or any Sohnne product that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules outlined in our Terms of Use. By purchasing from Sohnne, you agree to resolve disputes individually and waive the right to participate in any class-action proceedings.
