Considering the cost, I'm pleasantly surprised by the quality and simplicity of assembling this chair. It even arrived a day ahead of schedule. The packaging was impressive, with clearly labeled and accessible parts. I also purchased the blue poof from the same seller as a footrest, and it complements my carpet flawlessly. very comfortable chair... I highly recommend this if you want a chair of this design - installation is easy and it's easy to assemble.It is a little strange to see that there are only 3 short bolts... because there are two bearings to install, so I think there should be 2 or 4 instead of 3... Make sure you update the installation manual or ask cust service... But all that was covered by the discount they gave, and WOW did I get 50% off!!... This chair is less than 400 dollars, which is quite confusing, but the end of the year is still a long way off...

Ordered despite no reviews, due to this type of chair being quite popular and common lately, I had an idea of what I was getting quality-wise. Does not disappoint for a statement piece that comes in just under $400. The Shell feels good and construction shouldn't be a problem cause support by costumer serviceColors go well together and is a good chair for the money. Instructions are a bit simple compared to actual build, but it's not too hard to figure out.Would definitely buy another if I needed one for a different room.

This chair is exceptionally comfortable! One of the most comfortable chairs I've ever sat on! They look awesome -- the wooden legs and black leather makes the chair looks so classy. A breeze to assemble -- just screw on the legs. Packaging is minimal and flexible, don't need to deal with a load of styrofoam. Not much to break. The foam is comfortable. They're sturdy. Impressive. Definitely buying quality here, the price is VERY affordable as well. Highly recommend!

Good company for shopping.For this product; Satisfactory with packaging and installment. I wish the metal pieces used for assembly would be black or close to wood color (even they are under the chair). Comfortable. Not typical chair so takes time to get used the design.
