I received a black walnut PP501 Armchair Replica within 3-4 days of ordering (It comes in just one box) and I was pleasantly surprised by the consistent follow-up from Alicia in their CRM team. The chair arrived fully assembled, no need to install anything – all the screws and legs were perfectly balanced. The leather is genuine top grain leather 100%, with no additives or chemicals. The finishing is smooth and glossy, with no defects in the sanding technique. Every detail, especially the curved armrests and lumbar support, is flawless. I accidentally ordered the wrong color but Alicia responded to my request and updated it to the right one asap and we're all good. This is a real review, I really bought the chair and everything is solid so far.

This chair was so much more than I was expecting. It is so comfortable to sit in, and it is truly gorgeous- so much better in real life than on the website. It is excellent quality- you can tell that the workmanship in this chair is top-notch! The packaging that it arrived in was so protective- it actually was a little hard to get the chair out of-but the chair was in immaculate condition!
