Hans J. Wegner designed the CH25 Lounge Chair in 1950 as one of his earliest collaborations with Carl Hansen & Søn. Known for its architectural oak frame and completely handwoven paper cord seat and backrest, the CH25 embodies the Danish Modern principle of simplicity meeting superior craftsmanship. This faithful reproduction preserves the relaxed angle, detailed joinery, and handcrafted presence that made the original an enduring icon.

These chairs are super beautiful. I absolutely love them! They went together quickly. The cording that you sit on is comfortable unless you are bare legged (like in a bathing suit). These sit very low to the ground and could be difficult for older people to get in and out of. The ONLY annoying thing about these chairs for me are the prop warning stickers that are on the frame and difficult to remove. I think I’m going to need to get a scrub brush and hot soapy water to get the stickers removed completely. I don’t know how else to do it.

This chair is my favorite chair to sit in front of the living room door... honestly, overall it's so comfortable that we bring it inside when it's really cold, so we can continue to sit in it. These chairs are very well made, and beautiful. They sit low to the ground, so they're really just perfect for any kind of space... both outdoors and indoors... no real issues when I use these chairs. recommended!!!

It is comfortable seating for both short and taller people (with or without a footstool.) It has a medium sized footprint. The armrests are wide and slope back gently. It appears to be well built and feels sturdy...time will tell. The chair was well packed and protected for shipping, and it arrived promptly. This chair would fit in nicely with many colors and styles of furniture. Excellent

This is the most amazing, beautiful chair.! The wood is just gorgeous and it is so well made! The screws are long and gold.. I don’t know, but I am just so used to cheap furniture that I was just amazed at the quality and looks of the chair. It is perfect for the mid century modern earthy look! Highly highly recommend!!!

This chair is more stunning in person! Great quality, and very well made. The colors match the photos that were listed online as well. It’s also surprisingly more comfortable than I expected, but it’s still more of an accent chair than a chair you’d want to sit in for a long period of time due to the comfort level. Highly recommend this chair for your space if you’re looking for something along these lines!
