USNow I understand why so many people recommend this chair - it's incredibly comfortable! It's simple to assemble and feels sturdy. The seat and back are firm enough to provide support while remaining comfortable for extended periods of time. It's intended to lean you back slightly, so if you prefer to sit upright, you'll need some cushions or a different chair. Personally, I find it extremely relaxing. I chose the navy blue version, which adds elegance to my room.
USI was drawn to this product timeless design and decided to purchase it on April 15th. Alicia from CRM was a gem, guiding me through the process, and the chair arrived on April 22nd. Sitting in it feels like a warm embrace, but the color was a shade off from what I saw online. It's a minor issue, but it nags at me every time I glance at the chair. Update (After 3 Months): It's still my favorite reading spot, but oh, if only the color were right!
USWhat I love about the chair is that it's not just super soft and plush, but the material is easy to clean. I purchased the beige and my daughter spilled coffee on it (she was afraid to tell me). I didn't notice any stains, but being the sweet kid she is, she fessed up. Very good material, which is why I felt comfortable buying it in the lightest color.

USI am very happy w/ this chair very comfortable! Cushions are soft and sink-in ready! I can see many hours of reading and watching TV while lounging in this chair. One thing…idk how comfortable it would feel if you are tall. Also it’s a bit low to the ground. I am 5’3” and it fits perfectly. My brother is 6’1” and he had no head/neck support. He was kind enough to assemble. It took 10 minutes or so to put chair/ottoman together. I tried but couldn’t do it alone. The colourr is lovely! Material is not top notch but very much nice enough. Feels sturdy enough and I love the swivel feature. I would recommend this chair for people who are shorter or who don’t care/want a headrest.

It's like a piece of art in my living room, but it's a little pricey. Update (After 2 Months): I still admire it every day, but the price feels like a shadow of its beauty.

When it arrived on March 17, I was surprised by its enormous size. This chair is like a giant in my apartment space - beautiful but rather imposing.
