SMS Terms of Service
Order updates by text — the rules

When you give Sohnne your mobile number at checkout or in your account, you agree to receive transactional text messages about your order — confirmations, shipping updates, delivery notifications, and one-time verification codes. This is an order-only program.
What you'll receive
- Order confirmation when you place an order.
- Shipping notification with carrier and tracking link when your order ships.
- In-transit exception or delay notice if anything affects your delivery date.
- Delivery confirmation when your order arrives.
- One-time verification codes (OTP) when you sign in or change account settings.
- Occasional account or assembly-appointment reminders tied to your order.
Message frequency
- Frequency depends on your order activity — typically 2–5 messages over an order's lifecycle.
- We do not send marketing or promotional texts under this program. Marketing SMS, if ever offered, is a separate opt-in.
Costs
- Message and data rates may apply. Charges are set by your mobile carrier — Sohnne does not charge a fee for sending or receiving texts.
Opting out — reply STOP
- Reply STOP to any text from Sohnne to opt out. We confirm with one final message and stop sending after that.
- STOP applies only to the program tied to that sender. To opt back in, reply START or UNSTOP.
- Operational messages required to deliver your order (e.g., delivery-blocking address issues) may be sent regardless of opt-out status.

Supported carriers
- AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, Boost Mobile, MetroPCS, U.S. Cellular, Cricket, Virgin Mobile, and other major US carriers.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
- Your mobile number, opt-in status, and message content are governed by our Privacy Policy.
- Sohnne does not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes.
- Mobile information is shared only with our messaging service provider (Twilio) and shipping carriers, solely to deliver your order updates.
Changes
- Sohnne may update these SMS Terms at any time. Material changes are posted here with an updated date at the top of the page.
- Continued opt-in after changes constitutes acceptance.
