I bought these a second time hoping they would work because I liked the way they looked.They are almost perfect. The only issue I have is that they sit a little low to the floor.Since I liked the look, the style, the comfort level and the fabric, I was willing to work with them.I added a pallet underneath. This has been my dream couch for years but was always hard to find. I finally found it on Wayfair and got it on sale. My husband and I loooove to lounge in the living room after a long day. We love watching movies and Ive always wanted to redecorate our living room to feel more inviting and cozy. This couch has exceeded my expectations. Its firm yet extremely comfortable (for me). I do have a bad back and worried that it may be too soft but it isnt. It offers the right amount of supper for my lower back and I feel like this couch will give me years of comfort! It does sit low- so if you have issues standing up from sitting low this may not be for you. I love sitting low to the ground and love a couch that invites me to just lay back. The material seems extremely easy to clean, I do have a dog that sheds a ton and have found that dog hair gets into all the little crevices so Ill need to be sure to vacuum between the couch folds lol. The seller did change the shipping date more than once, thus resulting in the delivery date being pushed back. I was a little upset about that because I specifically purchased the couch when I did because delivery was before my scheduled travel plans. After speaking to customer service I felt a lot better about delivery and understood that sometimes it is dependent on the specific seller. However once it was sent to the specific delivery company they had the couch delivered in less than 48 hrs! The delivery company was amazing! Even though I requested that the couch be left outside (I was already out of town and arranged for someone to pick it up for me) they still reached out to make sure leaving it outside would be ok.
