I have been using this lamp for about 3 months and it still works well in providing sufficient room lighting. I am very happy to have made this purchase. I had a little trouble putting it together, but this is not too unusual for me as I am shorter in stature and sometimes need help with something taller than me. The light turns on and off with a very light touch (so light, in fact, that you can turn it off accidentally if you bump the button or nudge it with your hand. Whoever thought of that is a genius, because I don't like fiddling with electronics or trying to find buttons. I can definitely see myself buying additional lights for other rooms in my apartment, but the one I have is all I need.Pros: LOVE the touch sensor light, provides great room lighting that is easy to customize to your specific needs, doesn't take up much space and can light up a room from an angle.Cons: If you are short like me, you may have to call someone to help you set it up.

If you love 'minimal' looking decor and require bright (and dimmable) lighting, this is for you. They take up minimal space, and do not interfere with other decor in my house. Had already read in other reviews that the material is very thin- that’s what adds to the elegance of the product.
