USI have been using this lamp for about 3 months and it still works well in providing sufficient room lighting. I am very happy to have made this purchase. I had a little trouble putting it together, but this is not too unusual for me as I am shorter in stature and sometimes need help with something taller than me. The light turns on and off with a very light touch (so light, in fact, that you can turn it off accidentally if you bump the button or nudge it with your hand. Whoever thought of that is a genius, because I don't like fiddling with electronics or trying to find buttons. I can definitely see myself buying additional lights for other rooms in my apartment, but the one I have is all I need.Pros: LOVE the touch sensor light, provides great room lighting that is easy to customize to your specific needs, doesn't take up much space and can light up a room from an angle.Cons: If you are short like me, you may have to call someone to help you set it up.
