We custom ordered ours in black velvet and consulted with customer service beforehand.. Freddy the agent was so helpful and he also ensured our order is completed with no issue. There was shipping delay and he also updated us. It did take several weeks (since it was a custom piece) but im not complaining.. the sofa looks absolutely FAB!
Soft and squishy. When you lounge in it tbh it feels kinda uncomfy due to uneven surfaces from the tube design but it feels suuuuper soft. So still ok to spend hours for reading or binge watching Netflix.
Since our room is already colorful, we felt the indigo blue was the perfect choice to complete the look. We’re so happy w how it turned out! Zero regrets, 100% satisfied!
USpackaging arrived a bit messed up. Color, size, and softness are perfect tough
USIfd you have anything rich emerald green in your interior, the burgundy is PERFECT. It seems like the room and color combination is designed on purpose you know what i mean? I love how the sofa is so unique, the velvet fabric is high quality, and the softness is 7/10. But with the price im paying i was hoping for a quicker delivery tbh. The rest of my purchase experience is just fine.
