Of all the chairs I researched in this category, this chair is the best. and in my view, for those who have problems installing it is only because they are lazy in finding out on Youtube or mid century articles... I even only took 20 minutes in putting this together... I got a big discount at the end of this year. thanks....

At 10% the cost of an actual Herman Miller I can’t find a flaw. I’ve always wanted this chair but don’t make enough to justify 6 grand. I went over all the components with a fine tooth comb and could not find any real defects. While assembling it was clear that the quality control was not perfect. Some of the holes are off just a hair which made getting the bolts started a little difficult. Take your time and get every bolt started before tightening them down and you won’t have any issues. I was able to assemble the entire thing myself with the exception of the back. That required an extra hand to hold it in place while I started the bolts. My 8-year-old was able to handle it so it wasn’t too difficult. The assembly instructions seem out of order, however. I recommend getting the seat attached to the base before attaching the armrests and back. This chair is well worth the money. The wood is beautiful and the leather is of much higher quality than I expected. Highly recommend.

The quality of the chair has been excellent so far. I'm a fairly slim, 6' guy, and I can say this chair is a 9.5/10 for sitting on. I am a very detailed person and checked everything. The seating position is accurate, 14.8 degrees on the base by my measurements. The back is also at the correct angle, but the chair has that audible whoosh when you sit. Nonetheless, you'd sink into this chair and stay for hours.I must also mention the assistance I received from Alicia in customer service. She was incredibly helpful with the purchasing process and provided detailed information about the product. Her responses were informative and fast, making the entire experience smooth. The delivery was within the promised 4-6 day range. Her professionalism added to the overall satisfaction with the purchase.

Seller promptly provided tracking numbers for the two separate items. Arrived on time in good condition, obvious care was taken in packaging to make sure things would not be damaged en route. Assembly was not bad, and the experience others have had is consistent with mine. The included tools were adequate to assemble the chair and a nice inclusion. Both the chair and ottoman feel very sturdy once assembled and I am happy with the quality of the leather for the price. This is a great option if you want a classic mid-century modern lounger and don't want to spend used car money for an original.

The chair features the best leather and an amazing wood finish. It looks just like the product pics. I also got in call with Matthew to ask him how to install it,, the headrest in particular. Contemplated a lot, about whether to get the tall one or not. Decided to get the tall version since my husband is 5'10”, he likes it and finds it comfortable. I am 4'10" and the chair feels huge when I sit on it. We knew perfectly that it’ll fit a taller person that is going in, so we are glad to have bought the tall one. Obviously, if you are short and are going to be the primary person sitting in this chair, don't get the tall version. But other than that, I really like the chair as well, the whole look of it is very nice. So really, still very very satisfied.

Here is my story. I was actually pretty nervous about spending this much money on a chair and also buying it online from a website! As it turns out the chair is legit, PHEW. The product itself is also really really well made and very very good. The leather and the cushions are soft and the wood grain is very pretty. No regrets at all! I will always have doubts when online shopping, but I gotta say this shop really gained my trust. Would buy it again!
