USIt was easy and smooth to shop at Sohnne. The chair arrived 4 days ago, it sits very low to the ground and could be difficult for older people to get in and out of. I was considering to buy the Black one but I think the beauty of this chair is in the natural wood and cord color so I bought the Ash one. The materials are high quality with no defects at all. CS replies could be a bit faster but overall it's a fair shopping experience

USThis chair is my favorite chair to sit in front of the living room door... honestly, overall it's so comfortable that we bring it inside when it's really cold, so we can continue to sit in it. USIt is comfortable seating for both short and taller people (with or without a footstool.) It has a medium sized footprint. The armrests are wide and slope back gently. It appears to be well built and feels sturdy...time will tell. The chair was well packed and protected for shipping, and it arrived promptly. Definitely exceeded my expectations. I can’t say how comfortable it is- it went in our vacation rental. Wish there was an ottoman.
