I recently purchased this chair and it's fantastic. Not only is it robust and stylish, but the seller is also incredibly responsive and helpful. I had a concern with the chair's back cushion and after showing them a photo, they promptly sent a replacement. Both the product and the customer service have left a lasting impression on me. Ordered despite no reviews, due to this type of chair being quite popular and common lately, I had an idea of what I was getting quality-wise. Does not disappoint for a statement piece that comes in just under $400. The Shell feels good and construction shouldn't be a problem cause support by costumer serviceColors go well together and is a good chair for the money. Instructions are a bit simple compared to actual build, but it's not too hard to figure out.Would definitely buy another if I needed one for a different room.

Good company for shopping.For this product; Satisfactory with packaging and installment. I wish the metal pieces used for assembly would be black or close to wood color (even they are under the chair). Comfortable. Not typical chair so takes time to get used the design.
