Question 1

Can I track my order?

Accepted Answer

Yes, and you’ll never have to wonder where your chair is. Every Sohnne order ships with real-time tracking. The moment your piece leaves our warehouse, you get a live link that shows exactly where it is, every step of the way, until it’s at your door. You can track your order or learn more on our Shipping & Delivery page.

Question 2

Are these true 1:1 reproductions?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every piece is a 1:1 match to the original architect's dimensions. For example, we source premium materials like Kvadrat fabrics and 1.2mm Gruppo Mastrotto leather. Unlike replicas using thin 0.8mm hides, our factory-direct Material Standards ensure heirloom quality.

Question 3

Can I return the product?

Accepted Answer

Your home is personal, and we understand that sometimes a piece needs to be seen in your space before you know it is right. If it is not the right fit, we are here to help. Visit our Returns & Exchanges page for full details on how to get started.

Question 4

How do I know my piece will arrive in perfect condition?

Accepted Answer

Every Sohnne piece goes through triple inspection before it leaves our facility. Proportions, color consistency, upholstery tension, and structural integrity are all checked at each stage. By the time your piece ships, it has been reviewed three separate times by different members of our quality team. Most furniture brands inspect once, if at all.
