Can I return a product?
We offer a 60-day return policy. Customers cover return shipping to our U.S. warehouse and a 20% restocking fee. However, we will fully waive the restocking fee if you provide a continuous, uncut video of the unboxing process showing the item’s arrival condition. This ensures transparency for both parties. I can't even begin to describe how happy I am with this loveseat. It arrived just as promised, and I was immediately impressed with the sleek chrome finish.
