This was put together by myself, which was a bit difficult because the arm and back rests should be done by two persons. However, when you are alone, having assistance is not always an option. So I flipped the couch on one end and inserted the arms. It was a little difficult to line up, but I did it. The fact that the sofa isn't too hefty also helped.

She recommended this sofa and even told me that it's one of their new products. Honestly, at first, I was worried that it might not be comfortable enough for me, but Alicia assured me it would be a great fit.And now that I'm sitting on the sofa? OMG, this is the best I have ever had! Alicia was right; it's incredibly comfortable, exactly what I was looking for. It looks sleek, feels fantastic, and the price was just right. I'm so happy to be sitting on this sofa right now :) A big thank you to Alicia and the entire team for making this purchase such a joy.
USI was worried when it came since the wrapping appeared stretched, but the loveseat was carefully protected and there was no damage. There is no hardware required for assembly. I put it together in about 15 minutes. The sofa was quite comfortable. I placed it in my modest living room to snuggle with my dog while watching television.
I must admit, I have mixed feelings about this purchase. Let's start with the positive: the sofa is really comfortable. It has become my favorite spot in the house, and I can't help but appreciate the quality and comfort it offers.However, the delivery process left me somewhat disappointed. While I appreciate his efforts and the constant updates he provided, the waiting period was quite a letdown.In the end, the comfort of the sofa does make up for the frustration, but I can't overlook the delay in delivery. If you're not in a hurry, this might be a great choice for you. If time is of the essence, you might want to consider other options or prepare for a longer wait.
